American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Local 2201 is the sole representative of bargaining unit employees of the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks. Locations include the Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and Community Based Outpatient Clinics  (CBOCs) in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Ozark, Arkansas, Harrison, Arkansas, Jay, Oklahoma, Branson, Missouri, Joplin, Missouri, and Springfield, Missouri.
